On-the-Go Full Body Workout

Need to get a full-body workout in but don’t have a lot of time to spend at the gym? Try this.

Complete 8 sets, 4 reps each

  • Burpee with push ups
  • Dumbbell lunges
  • Dumbbell squat to curl to push press
  • Kick out dips
  • Plate pull over
