Over the years, busyness has become a natural state of being for 99% of Americans. And what’s one of the major things that suffers as a result? Our health. When you’re already being pulled in 1,000 different directions, carving out an hour to go to the gym seems virtually impossible.
Enter mobile fitness. I believe in getting your workout to work with your life, not making it something that takes the back burner when life gets crazy (as it always seems to). So as the new year inches closer, I want to announce the launch of a 6-week program to get your buns back into shape — in your time, on your terms.
You will receive:
- 2, 3-week workout plans (with variations depending on your fitness level and equipment access)
- 6 Saturday bootcamp sessions
- 1 killer Peak8Fitness apparel item of your choosing
Wondering what the program will look like? Your weeks will be laid out like this, with highly detailed instructions for each day:
After 6 weeks you will:
- have an established workout routine
- have increased stamina and strength
- feel slimmer, more in shape, and able to take on the world
All for $350 or less than $9 per day. That’s less than what you spend on lunch.
